Return Policy

We make the return process as seamless as possible. Please note that only merchandise purchased directly from greenblazer.com is eligible for return.

• Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrived damaged or defective, we provide a full refund or immediate replacement at no cost to you.

• How to Start a Return: Email us at hannah@greenblazer.com with your Order ID. We will provide a pre-paid return label and process your request immediately.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive your request, your refund will be processed within 2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the full purchase price plus taxes (minus any applied discounts).
