Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We are available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, via email to answer any questions or concerns. We will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours of receipt.

Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of online orders. During peak holiday times, please allow an extra business day for tracking information to be sent and for orders to be shipped.

 

Return Policy

If you’d like to return a purchase, please email us at hannah@thegreenblazer and instructions will be provided for return. Only merchandise purchased from thegreenblazer.com may be returned to us. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and within 7 days of receipt. If merchandise was defective or damaged during shipment, you will receive a full-refund for the returned item via the original method of payment.  If there are no notable defects with the product you wish to return, the original shipping charges, if any, will not be refunded. 

Once your return request has been processed, you will be provided a return form that you must fill out. The merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and unused. Seal the package securely with tape. We recommend using protective packaging materials to minimize any damage to the product. Remove any other labels from the package. We recommend sending your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records in order to ensure a safe and prompt delivery. The Green Blazer is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

Returns will be processed within 14 business days from the time we receive the package. We will refund the purchase price in full plus any tax paid, minus any discounts, rebates, credits, or refunds already given to you in connection with the order.

 

Subscriptions Terms and Conditions & Return Policy 

All of our Subscription Customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time provided you give us 48 hours prior to your upcoming auto-shipment date.  We will let you know 48 hours before we send out your latest subscription via email, and you can click the "skip this month" or "cancel" button in that email if needed. 

If you do not give us 48 hour advanced notice, then your next shipment will be sent, and you will be removed from all future shipments moving forward. If you believe you gave us advanced notice and your item was still shipped, please reach out to hannah@thegreenblazer.com and we will 100% make this right by you. Green Blazer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is always in place. We pride ourselves on not being difficult and we will always refund you in the spirit of doing the right thing.
